Why are you afraid of the Epsom Salts ? The taste? Some people can do it no problem. I got to a point pretty quickly that the thought of it was nauseating in the days preceeding a flush, I over came the taste by mixing it in apple juice. That made it drinkable for the next 10 or so flushes.

Epsoms salts open up the bile ducts for easy passage of stones and clumps of chaff and old congested bile, you NEED IT. It is also the laxative that moves the toxins out of the body.
