I use sencha or bancha green teas that I get in bulk.

I also use an organic, free trade raw turbinado sugar. I tried using rapadura sugar, however that did not work out so well. Maybe I will give it ago again in the near future.

I always use bulk teas and have experimented with greens and blacks deciding on sencha and bancha. I buy organic free trade if I can.
