it looks like their forum is down, but you can get the recipe and the culture is only $10. The one I got was good and produced good, I like the recipe really well too. You can get them at various places all over the net, but I think some of them pasterize them which makes them not produce. (somebody correct me if I'm wrong!) anyway, it's a good place to get one.

Have you taken any MSM for the pain? Is it joint pain, muscle pain or what?
