Sorry I didn't reply sooner... it takes me awhile to get back around to posts that have dropped off the first page of a forum.

I've been doing flushing, etc., since about February of this year. Yes, there is this sudden rush usually immediately following a flush, and then at some point, whatever was ailing you seems to come back. I believe you'll find that you're done with flushes when that sudden rush doesn't go away. Others can tell you about that more easily than I can, as I'm not there yet. My energy level is definitely much improved, and I haven't had a gall bladder attack in awhile, but I've still got some issues to resolve -- in particular, I've not had much weight loss yet.

I've followed the Hulda Clark recipe. Intervals of two weeks for that.
