Well, 23rd, I had to back WAY off on my dosage. In my terminology, I try to refer to my experiences as they pertain to ME, period. When I made the "error" of referring to my personal dosage of 18.75mg as "high," I was nearly shot out of the water - the respondant had failed to read my entire post and took "high dosage" completely out of context and started a rant on what was considered "high" by some study's standards.

My concern about this therapy (or, any "new" protocol) is that people are obviously not taking the time to research the therapy, consider if Iodine is appropriate for them, begin the preliminary supplementation, and take the whole danged thing slowly! Too many folks have reported "alarming" and "scary" detoxification, as well they should, considering the amount of Iodine that they initially BEGAN with! I don't give a fart in a windstorm WHAT anyone has to say about the detoxification process - if it HURTS, it's NOT A GOOD SIGN.

Thanks for allowing my rant - now, back to sanity... :)
