23rd, I did re-read it. I would not have asked you for clarification if its meaning were clear. Most folks are happy to expound on what they mean, in my experience on CZ, and I thought you might also. If you do not wish to clarify it, that is ok but please do not suggest it is rambling on, by me. I merely asked a question !

Why would someone need "additional" methods, just because something is potentially dangerous ?

It just doesn't make sense to me, and if anyone else can clarify for me, thanks in advance.



ps - I think a lot of folks may be still wondering why you spelled PsyOps with a capital "O", in your reply to Uny a couple weeks back where she suggested the word psyops, in which you stated you did not know what the word meant.
