I'm doing my first flush tonight so your message is very timely for me. I had no idea of #3. I'm following Moritz flush protocol and have been drinking apple juice for 6 days. I'm scared about the Epsom Salts ! Hopefully I'll be ok. I've also been taking Chanca Piedra for about 3 weeks.
