Well, its just that this is not the place to
post. If we did not enforce the standard here,
you can imagine what the Master-Cleanse would degrade to.

Over at the Debate forum which includes the
alternative thoughts about MCing, there is much
more leeway and people will jump in and discuss
stuff there. We just have to make the distinction
though...

Also, as an aside, the Master-Cleanse is a good kidney flush.
My first cleanse, I experienced pain in my kidney
and so I knew coming off the cleanse I would do
a designated kidney flush. I have traditionally
had kidney problems due to living in a cave state
where the limestone in the water is outrageous.
I did MH's *barefoot healer* kidney cleanse which
involves taking a tablespoon of kidney tonic at
night for 4-6 weeks and my kidneys have purred
away since then. Be sure to keep well hydrated
in addition to your lemonades...
