I might be wrong but if it makes sense for you I might be right.
While reading I got this hunch.

"I found one in my female genitalia and pulled it out. It was enormous and I felt relief that it was gone. Then I began vomiting snakes."

"For some reason, in the past I have had dreams of bugs or insects crawling on me and me struggling to pull them out of my female area. Is this a theme?"

Female area, female genitalia, I felt relief that it was gone.

I think this dream is related to feminity. How do you perceive yourself as a woman?
What enrmous thing you need to pull out to feel relief? A man? Men? A relationship?
A sexual style? A complex?
