I read on a website to mix the castor oil with equal parts of orange juice - 2 ozs of each. Because I have never done this, I tried it with one oz of each and it didn't taste bad at all. I read to follow up with sipping 1 cup of hot water every 15 minutes drinking a total of 3 cups. I did pass some fuzz/cotton balls. (ugh)

I have Humaworm on order! I believe in doing a parasite purge twice a year, with things like castor oil, aloe vera, spices, lemon tonics, bromelain, oregano, garlic and things that are 'natural killers' in between cleanses.
