When I am in a grumpy mood, I like to do something like that because it has a rolling effect, that means for the moment that person is in a nice good and will be kind to the next person he sees and on and on and on..

All I know is that it put me in a better mood, got a good sleep today and woke up in a good mood.

A good mood is better for your health than a bad mood
