I found the same thing worked! By chance I went to the local health food store and bought some lactobacillus acidophilus thinking it would help my system in general. I have systemic yeast problems and Rosacea.
I started taking 2 tbls. nightly and my skin cleared up. No more bumps and even the redness started to fade. My sis-in-law even commented on how great my skin looked.
I ended up breaking a bottle accidentally and couldn't get to the store for about a week. My skin (within a day or two) broke out again and became very inflamed.
I thank God that I found something that helps the Rosacea.
