I just did my first flush last night and I actually had very little nausea. I passed several stones today that were about 3/4 of an inch long! I was amazed! I thought I would have a lot more trouble, but it was almost the full moon. I had trouble sleeping, but I suppose I didn't take enough Ornithine. I'll change that next time!

I plan to keep a journal of my experiences to keep up with the number of cleanses I do and the number of stones I pass. Also I can keep up with changes I make in each cleanse and what works for me.

I'm so glad I finally got the nerve to do this!
