yesterday i read your diary which you linked in one of the messages yesterday, it was very inspiring.
i still have tonsils.
since the beginning i have been coughing. it became very annoying and i drank some herbal tea which is good when coughing and i have been coughing much less since then. my nose has been running since childhood, i have been always flu etc.
probably they are tonsil stones.
this is the first time i heard about the tonsil stones.
this is my 24th day and i was planning to stop the cleanse on 28th day, should i continue?
