I no doubt overdosed. Moderation is probably the key. I think it and palm oil were used in snack foods a long time ago and was a much better choice than the strange & hydrogenated oils used now.

I have used it & palm oil in making corn chips from tortillas. Not bad.

But using it supplementally gives me nausea.
