Yes it's me, I work the 12 hour overnite shift...

I just started a new tradition for myself after my long week, I am usually tired and grumpy...

I am doing a "do nice for someone", 2 weeks ago I had $2 left in my console for the bridge, so I said it my last day this week so here, the next 2 people in line pay their way... I put a smile on the toll takers face and one of the persons in back of my caught up to me and thank me... I made her smile and it made me smile... It made me feel good the rest of the nite...

Last nite, I saw my friend George in a frenzy, so at the 4 am break, I handed him a bottle of "bicycle" wine and said here, have a glass of wine when you get home (sunday morning everybody is asleep),

when I got home I gave all the dogs and cats that woke up to greet me, some organic raw hamburger... (probably the best way to eat it)

Now, I am still tired but I'm not grumpy.....

If you can put a smile on someone elses face, then it will reward you 100%, hmmm what can I do in 2 weeks...

I truly believe if you can make someone else feel good, that it comes around....
