I, too, got on the Coconut Oil bandwagon. Still have some around that will probably go to waste.

I, too, thought that it would be good for getting rid of whatever bad things my body might be harboring. But, I felt that our health regressed after a time.

The only explanation I have, is that it might displace some of the Essential Fats. Also, that may God designed it more for people in the climate where it grows?

I enjoy a little coconut, but not the oil.

Externally, I love it for a skin cream. Great keeping quality.
