Hello, John. I have been reading this forum for about 2 months now and I always like what you have to say. Do you mind answering a couple of questions? How long have you been doing the liver flushes? At what intervals? How long before you could see the "results"? I have done 2 flushes so far. The first with the SuperPhos and the second was the Hulda Clark recipe. Both times I felts pretty good for a few days and then right around the 5th to 6th day, I felt like absolute "dog meat". It took a couple of days both times to come out of it. I am just a novice at this, but feel like such good things will come out of it. Also, I am sooooooo tired. Is this part of it? Forgive me if you have answered all this in previous messages.
