If I may ask (as I may be able to be of some assistance in some positive way), what exactly happened that made it so that you feel you cannot take Lugol's?

Obviously it wasn't an Iodine allergy, as kelp would cause the same. Did you have strong detox reactions? or other symptoms that alarmed you?

I have had VERY strong detoxification reactions over the past 2+ months,and it would have been very easy for me to think that it was the Lugol's that I was having problems with...when in fact, it wasn't the Lugol's, it was the poisons being released.

My husband and I have also BOTH had many transient symptoms over the months, especially in the first two weeks. These proved to be symptoms of our body/organ/systems being 'jump started' or 're-awakened' after being given Iodine where there had previously been none.

I'm certainly not trying to change or mind or alter your choice, but if there's anything I can explain or assist you with regarding the use of Lugol's, I'll be more than happy to offer what I know.
