I think by now you should have the private response I sent, but I'll copy it here as well for others.

You could order them direct from AquaSun Ozone at

for $5.00 each. The phone numbers for them are on the contact page. You can also go to any store that sells aquarium supplies and buy ceramic bubblers for real cheap. They will last probably as long as the more expensive ones and they're probably under $2.00. Is your Nature Kleen producing bubbles or is nothing coming out? Pull the bubbler off the end of the tubing (it may take a good tug) and turn on the unit to see if there is ozone coming out the tube without the bubbler. If no ozone is coming out, you will have to have the machine serviced under warranty. Use care with handling bubblers. You should never touch them with your bare fingers. The natural oils on your skin will clog the pores of the stone. Best of luck. Paul Harvey
