I looked at their ingredients (http://glycoinformation.com./buy.html), and GlycoPlex appears to be Dr. Bird's recipe, with some brewer's yeast added instead of Turmeric. Check my other posts for details on how to make it yourself much cheaper. GlycoPlex charges $44.95 for 170 grams, while you can make it youself for under $6.00 per 170 grams.
