You could get a copy of this book to them!

Your Body's Many Cries for Water by Dr Batmanghelidj.

It's an eye-opener on the importance of water - and enough Seasalt , too!

If you're concerned by "how they might take it", or that they might "refuse it"...then you could always send it through the mail anonymously with a note saying that it's "from a friend who really cares"....
