Good Luck! I am right there with ya - This weekend is going to be tough. I started on Tuesday and made it to the next day and freaked out and ate. So here I am ready to get back. My goal weight is 125, too! Let's do this thing together.

I don't know why I ate. After the first day, I was not really that hungry like I was the first day. I just had a headache and felt yucky! You know how food makes you feel better LOL!

Well, I am determined! I hate looking in the mirror. Thisis just not who I am...
