It is TRUE that is a GREAT remedy. I know others who swear by it.
As much crazy cool radical healing modalities I will try, I'm not yet "there" yet and just accept it as a real modality. If I did do it, I'd embed it in that drink, though. LOL! I know many do it straight. I know people who bathe in it... works GREAT and makes sense. People really need to research it before they knock it. Especially when some doing it are very very ill.
