Hi Guys,

I reported last weekend (8-4-02) that my 3rd flush was uneventful... Nothing new on that, but I've been taking the "Worm/Parasite" Herbs I purchased at my local "Mother Earth's" and have been feeling pretty darn good of late... I haven't seen anything in the bowels, yet I'm becoming alittle more regular and the pains haven't been bad either... After the previous flushes, I'd begin to feel pain again 4-6 days later... Today's the 9th day and it's going well... I visited "South Hampton" Long Island a few weeks ago and stopped at a heath food store and while browsing noticed a guy at the "Juice Bar" that was downing 2 little shots of green liquid... The inquiring sort that I am of course had to ask and got into a great discussion with this guy and learned of a product (Which they have at my local Mother Earth) called "Wheat Grass"... I'll suggest that all those that aren't fimiliar with this, please do research it... I started taking it, although not each day yet, and actually felt a difference... I'd say it's just another thing for us guys and gals to consider on this walk of health...
