Aye, thanks for the info. I understand what you are saying regarding not mixing fruits and vegetables and food combining, but I'm wondering does this rule apply to juices as well? I figure that since juices are already very quick digesting due to removing the fiber, does fruit juice still digest faster than veggie juice?
