What are you drinking to alleviate the dehydration?

The body needs PURE water ... drink 1/2 oz of PURE water, organic juices, organic herbal teas for every pound of weight daily.

When you flush you need to be sure to drink ALOT of water ... just no water 20 mins before and after each of the flush drinks.
