Raw food is an excellent way to lose weight ... KUDOS.

Now, eating raw causes strong detox which can give you weird "symtoms" ... the toxins are reversing themselves out of your body and faster than you put them in there.

#2. What cleansing have you done to enable and aid the body with removing the toxins?
