Don't worry Julia,
I just did my first flush (see above post) and everything went perfectly. I have/had a golf ball size(4+ cm) stone and nothing got stuck. I had two Drs. almost come unglued when I told them about this flushing thing and both of them tried to scare me with tales of stuck stones and life saving surgery to correct it. POPPYCOCK!!
Do the research certainly, but starting the cleanses in preperation for a Liver Flush won't hurt anything either. You are not alone in this sister, their are hundreds of us out there who were scared at first, but now bold as a lion.
