I oil pull at the most 2-3 times a day, but most of the time I hang back and oil pull every other day. It depends mostly on my work schedule-- I'm more dedicated on the days I work since I shower before work and after and thus pull in the shower.

I also do a lot of stuff WITH oil and my skin...haven't gotten around to eating the tablespoon of coconut oil 3X of day but I will....
