Off the top of my head, I would suggest to you that you are releasing inner emotions. Your liver stores emotions and as the stones are released, so are inner emotions. Hard to believe? Well, it's true.

Think of painful things that have happened to you. Your body stores those.


After a cleanse, that's why so many people speak of a deep sense of well being---an inner peace.

Just one more reason to cleanse! Good luck and good health!
