You know, the funny thing about my brothers and sisters, and even my Dad is that we are very into vitamins and minerals and all alternative supplements.

However for some reason, to me, Iodine seemed to not be a supplement, but rather something similar to rubbing alcohol.

It is kind of like when I first heard about oil pulling, I thought that it was the craziest thing I had ever heard of. However, after oil pulling for about 8 months, I can tell you that it has many benefits; however, you have to try it first.
