Of couse you can!...You will find that the supplements that I suggested will help to get you on a routine that will encourage the whole program. The diet is restrictive but in time you will find the foods that will satisfy you for the time being.

Check back wih me once a week for encouragement, it really helps. Having support through times like this are just a important as the programs themselves. It can mean the diference between succcess and failure. There are support groups here at the Curezone that you an look into also.
