You know, about 3 weeks into the kelp/dulse, I told my two oldest sisters about the changes that I was feeling and they were pretty open about it, but for some reason, I have not told them about taking iodine. I think that tomorrow I will forward them the audios from Flechas, Brownstein etc. and hopefully they will take it to heart.
