I drank all the wrong things (soda, beer, wine) and little to no water at all. I went to the hospital because my pulse was over 120 (126 exactly). I  was put on an IV drip and spent the rest of the night being filled with sodium chloride.

I was dehydrated once before when I was younger. The doctor had told me that if it happened again, I could end up in the hospital. How right she was.

I plan on taking the Epsom salts tomorrow morning, not in 2 hours like I had planned.
