I consulted with Docta Dennis and change the oj to hot lemonade. Click on my R on all forums at the bottom of this post and read what I did, it's posted on the liver flush support forum and got my liver in the best shape it's been in for a long time.

I'll probably be starting another round of week one this weekend.
