Hi Jada,
You are right about the overoad of hormones....when I said that your had a hormone imbalance that means that it's up or down, think of a teeter totter..up and down. Either way it's imbalanced.
Alcohol, prescription medication, street drugs....any of these things can throw off your hormones and cause stress to your body especially the liver which has to the job of trying to process what you are putting into it, yes your liver needs to be cleansed.
Please go back and look at my first response again. I listed the products and why you need them. You need to cleanse the colon first before you can cleanse your liver. Your colon must be clean before you even think about dumping toxins from your liver into your body, if the colon is not clean then the toxins will not be able to leave the body and this can cause you more problems then what you have now. You have to start with the colon and then cleanse the liver, not the other way around.
Taking the Women's support an the Omega 3 will help with the imbalance, but you must eat healthy (I gave you eating tips in the first response)and get some exercise on a regular basis this is very mportant also. The supplements are not going to do a lot of good if you have a poor diet and don't take care of your self.
Here are the products I recommend -
Clear- fiber with flax seed to cleanse your colon
Women's support (as directed)- high in phytoestrogens 2 with after meal-to balance hormones
Resist- to take for Candida
Candida diet( whichI can send to you if you want it)
Icelandic Omega 3 oil - 1000 mg for 60 days
Order the Clear, Women's support and Resist at
http://www.detoxologie.com
Im sure that you have Candida a poor diet and the alcohol are contributors to the nail fungus, allergies, irregular heart beat and menstral problems. I think that you still need to address the hormone imbalance even though Candida can contribute to these problems your homone imbalance can too.
