Okay. It's going on my list. I've got that Cayce book to pick up and maybe it's also on the shelf at local b and n. Otherwise I'll just get both from amazon. You know - I never did receive the vortex bottle thingamajiggies and have not recieved this "homeo" catechu I ordered online. I'm tired of tracking things down, and keeping track of things I order online.

But I'll get the book. On the bread - Atkins, etc. I don't eat bread. I really pretty much only eat veggies and fruit. Some nuts, because they are so loaded. It's what I should drink (or shouldn't) that's more my concern.
