Why does the validity of green smoothies dependent upon how many master cleanses I have done??

Please read the book before you comment is all I'm saying, here. You would be surprised. I don't see what is so hard to understand. Organic leafy greens = health sounds like a gimmick to you?

It's a health suggestion for someone concerned about eating too much meat or other high calorie foods after a fast. Why are you so threatened by it is the real question.
