I am having such trouble trying to reply to the responses to my post so I hope this works. I feel so computer illiterate. :) I had heard about Kudzu a couple of years ago on NPR and tried taking health store brands and they did nothing for me. I stumbled across

and found they are the only company making the Kudzu to the exact specifications used in scientific studies. It made a HUGE difference. I think a lot of the health store brands have a lot of fillers. Of course, there is willpower and mindset that has to go into not drinking, but when I am really wanting some wine I will take about four of the pills and the desire really goes away. I am now what I consider to be a very moderate drinker. Big change from two bottles a day.
