HI Kelly! Thanks for the quick response!!! Unfortunatly I don't like Salmon...I would love to hear what omega brand you recommend. What would be a supplement high in phytoestrogen?? I was under the impression that I had an overload of horomones due to bcp and dairy products but maybe I was wrong? One thing I did not mention was for about 4 years in college I was a HEAVY drinker, it was bad. I'm concerned my liver maybe in overload which maybe also causing further hormonal probs.

I thought I was getting somewhere when I got a period in March but nothing happened last month. Why could that be? Cold the headaches be linked to Candida? How can I tell if I have candida?
