it affected my mood swings and sex drive as well. it got so bad that i didnt even want my husband to touch me, much less be near me at times. it had nothing to do with him, it was just me. i told him that repeatedly, im still not sure that he believes me. my mood swings got extremely worse while i was using mirena. i would just snap at people who i would not normally snap at. regardless of what they did or said. since it has come out, i have started getting better. i could let my husband touch me agian and be near me, like a couple should. things are a little rough in that department right now, but this time its for a different reason. which will also get better with time. she needs the mirena to come out, then she will start feeling like her old self again.
