where is everyone at? i am getting a bit bored and need someone to chat with. i am at work right now and everyone else is eating---oh it smells so wonderful. pizza, cottage fries, chicken wings (i don't eat them every but they do smell good). big fresh baked muffins. oh man. hope i can hold out. i am here at work until 0700. then it is the beginning of day 4 for me. i want and need to do this badly, i must keep telling myself of all the ebefits i will gain from not eating. taste only lasts a few minutes where as guilt from eating and giving in will last alot longer. for those that started with me 3 days ago please come back--maybe you just don't have time to write or maybe you ate--either way it is never too late to start over. blessings to all.
