I am starting biotin 5000mcg this is the strongest they sell at Walgreens or CVS Pharmacy. Plus, I am taking a B50 Complex Vitamins also can be purchased at Walgreens or CVS Pharmacy. If you decide to take the Biotin & B50 Complex Vitamins, please put some space between each tablet so it won't upset your stomach and if the biotin upset your stomach drink milk and please eat a full meal before digesting each pill. This will help in coating your stomach and the vitamins may not bother your stomach.
