your story is truly an inspiration.  i am doing this cleanse to get closer to my Lord and Savior.  I don't want there to be anything keeping me from Him.  i also believe that God clearly tells us in the old testament which foods to eat and which to stay away from.  After this cleanse, i will be staying away from those foods which were not meant for me to eat.  Thank you again for your story.  I am currently on day 4 of a 10 day or so cleanse... until i need to stop.  i would like to lose maybe 10-15lbs but I believe that that will come naturally, probably after the cleanse is done.  I am doing this for spiritual insight and b/c fasting is a powerful gift God has given us.  It's certainly a way to put the world into perspective.  God bless you!
