HI Kelly! I just turned 25 and I feel that for my age I have to many health concerns:( I have irregular periods,I started when I was 16, they were very heavy so doc put me on bcp which made them regular but I couldn't get a period unless I was on bcp. Going 8mo without a period once :( I will never take bcp againn!!! I finally got a period on my own in march but nothing in April.I have irregular heartbeat(comes and goes),toenail fungus, I get really bad headaches(about 1-2 a month)at night I sometimes notice head pressure as well as sharp pains in random parts of my head,and bad allergies but they have been better lately. I have cleaned up my diet somewhat. I rarley eat dairy, cut back on caffeine, I try to eat organic,I workout out regulary, I did a parastie cleanse in Feburary, I also oil pull and drink alot of water. I'm thin 5'6" 115.
