I tried the cod liver oil and butter oil, but noticed no significant improvement in my health. And I was so sure it would make a difference. But I am suspecting that I have a congested liver and have trouble digesting fats. Have been taking chinese herbs for that and will do a second liver/gallbladder flush, and then I'll try the CLO and butter oil again. (only it will be summer soon, and I'm led to believe I shouldn't use cod liver but fish oil instead)
