Dear Puppylove....
I will tell you this for your friend.Put wet clay on all her abdomen, mix the clean clay with very cold destiled water, make it like dough, put the wet clay on a large piece of cotton cloth,about one inch thick of clay, put it on the abdomen(clay touching the skin),leave it there until the clay becomes warm or hot.,,and then take it off. Repeat one more time the same procedure, do it 3 or more times a day,but do not use the same clay on each aplication.And also do what Lapis says.
