It's the attitude you got. It wears thin after a while. It's like Rosie vs Donald

But, you did beat me to the punch at that last point. In the context of a normal run of an extended MC, that light bulb did turn on, with that exact realization. But, you have been insistent on morning only, period. So, just on principal its nice to actually hear you say timing is irrelevant (when not part of the MC). OK, so we're both at an understanding. Call it a draw on that one.

Let me ask you this. I'm set on the absolute necessity of hydration prior to the flush. When do YOU SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and when and how much water do you drink beforehand. I know I have to go through at least a few quarts over a couple of hours to be sure.
