Hi,
I am not familiar with hot much of a dosage of biotin should be taken, I have tried biotin and it didn't show any signs of correcting my slow hair growth or improve my hair condition period. I think I only took it once a day, I not really sure it was a while ago. But if I decide to try it again, how many tablets do you recommend each day.
